HEALING BREATH SESSIONS 

Laura is a Master Practitioner and Teacher of Breath Integration Therapies. In working with
breathing, Laura’s clients increase their ability to resolve the past, fully engage in the present, and live their lives in alignment with who they really are. This technique releases physical, emotional, mental, and psychic traumas in order to allow more experience in the present. 

What is Healing Breath?
This ancient technique is based on the body’s natural ability and inclination to heal itself. Through breath, you can change old, negative thought patterns at a deep, subconscious and cellular level to create the life you want. This method is excellent for those ready to change their lives or those who find themselves in the midst of change and want to embrace and enjoy change. 
A breath session functions as a highly efficient cleansing therapy for the physical body, as 70 percent of toxins are released through the breath. 

Healing Breath sessions are only offered as a package of ten sessions. Each of the ten sessions has a specific topic and is customized to the client's goals.

Healing is only offered as a package of ten to be completed within a five month period.

Preparing for a Breath Session

Allow 90 minutes for each appointment.

Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Consuming a heavy meal or alcohol immediately before a session is not optimal.

Plan to take it easy after each session.

What to Expect in a Healing Breath Session

Session begins with a brief intake.

Dialogue includes review of client objectives. Practitioner outlines technical and metaphysical aspects of the breathing technique customized to the client’s goals and personal process.

Clothed client lies on table, facing up, with eyes closed and shoes off. 

Client breathes for 35-50 minutes. The breath technique begins with breath awareness and moves into deep inhalions through the mouth and into the chest.

During deep breathing, it is normal to experience tingling, buzzing, emotional release, heaviness, lightness, temperature changes, memories, and insight.

After the specialized breathing portion of the session, the client remains on the table breathing normally for 5-20 minutes, integrating the higher level of awareness.

Once the higher level of consciousness is integrated, the client opens his or her eyes, sits up, and moves around a bit.

Lastly, we sit and discuss events of the session along with next steps. Laura will offer questions, "practice", and reading to facilitate integration of new insights.

Commonly Reported Post-Session Effects 
Some clients notice an intensification of emotions and dreams for 24-48 hours following a session as memories clear out of the system. 

Plan on taking it easy after each session to allow maximum healing integration.
